PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

12 1/4" DHA537GT

  • Product profile
  1. Carbide insert with high strength and wear resistance are adopted to improve the wear resistance and cutting efficiency.
  2. New journal bearing structure greatly prolongs the working life of the bearing, and has the ability to withstand medium bit pressure and adapt to high speed.
  3. Updated O-shaped rubber sealing ring is more suitable for the working environment and operation parameters of roller cone bit.
  4. New sealing structure makes the sealing performance match with the bearing, thus greatly prolongs the service life of the drill bit.
  • Cutting layout

5-5-4

  • Applicable formation

Designed for water well and HDD drilling, low compressive strength, medium soft, hard abrasive interbedded formation, such as hard shale, anhydrite, soft limestone, sandstone, interbedded dolomite, etc.

  • Lug protection

The shirttail of lug is protected by cemented carbide insert, the lug back is protected by welded wear-resisting carbide and ogive inserts.
