SHAREATE TOOLS LTD. is a global, high-tech enterprise, engaged in cemented carbide products and focused on rock drilling tools. The company has a strong scientific and technological innovation capability, having formed an extensive system of independent intellectual property rights. 42 invention patents and 118 utility model patents are granted by the State. Shareate was accredited with the API Q1 Specification and ISO 9001 Quality Standards in 2008.

The company has an independent R&D center dedicated to tungsten carbide development, and has been identified as a center of excellence for Rock Drilling Tool Engineering and Research Development, by the Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Center and Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics.

Our main products cover: Rotary Tricone Bits, DTH Hammers & Bits for mining, water well and oil-field drilling applications, cemented carbide, carbide substrates for PDC bits, bit nozzles, ultra-fine cemented carbide rod, fine grained cutting tools, stamping die plates, cold heading dies, powder metallurgy dies, tungsten carbide tubular welding, wear parts, and other non-standard parts. Shareate products are exported to more than twenty countries across all continents.

HISTORY

----1983

In 1983, kingdream drilling tools factory imported the cemented carbide production technology and equipment from Hughes of the United States and purchased the first low-pressure sintering furnace in China.

2004----

In 2004, Suzhou Shareate Tools Ltd., located in the Suzhou Industrial Park was initiated as a new materials division of Kingdream Drilling Tools.

----2005

In 2005, a new tool and die factory was opened in Qianjiang, Hubei Province, enabling the mass production of cemented carbide and conventional tooling products.

On August 25, 2005, the Suzhou Kingdream Shareate Tools Company was registered.

2006----

The Suzhou manufacturing plant was completed and put into operation during April 2006.
In 2006, the company's self-developed, sealed-bearing roller cone bits were successfully launched, filling a void in our mining bit portfolio. The sealed bearing products, of advanced international standard, increased the drilled footage drilled by more than 50% compared to open bearing products.

----2008

In September, 2008, the first batch of cemented carbide rod products was completed, marking an important breakthrough in the company’s industrial product development.

2009----

By March, 2009, the first DTH drilling tools were produced. The successful development and implementation of these tools delivered comprehensive, advanced mining tool solutions to our customers.

----2010

On September 9, 2010, the Suzhou (Phase II) manufacturing plant and the Enterprise Technology Center were founded, enabling products to be manufactured in high volumes and to the highest levels of quality.

2011---

In May 2011, we implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, to facilitate upgrading of the manufacturing management processes.

---2012

In May 2012, the company carried out the joint-stock reformation of the business, establishing Shareate Tools Ltd., and capitalizing on the opportunities enabled by a modern business management system.

2014---

In April 2014, Shareate’s ultra-fine, cemented carbide round bar product was recognized with "Jiangsu High-Tech Product" status. The following month, the company’s science and technology project "Development of Cemented Carbide Die Materials for High-speed Precision Cold Heading Forming" was approved by Suzhou Science and Technology.

----2015

In October 2015, the company was awarded the Jiangsu Province Enterprise Certification. December of that year saw Shareate step into the capital market.

2016----

In 2016, the company acquired Australasian Mining Services Company (AMS), creating a strong platform for the international growth strategy of the company.

----2017

On March 16, 2017, the company signed an agreement with the Caidian District of Wuhan City, to invest and build a factory in Changfu Industrial Park, a significant component in the company’s expansion strategy, and marking a new round of high-speed growth.

2018---

On July 14, 2018, the foundation laying ceremony of Wuhan Shareate Tools Ltd. was held in Changfu Industrial Park, in Caidian Economic Development Zone. This is a major construction milestone in the transformation and upgrading strategy of Shareate’s secondary factory. The construction period is expected to take two years. On its completion, it will deliver a significant contribution to facilitate the continued growth and development of Shareate Tools Ltd..

In 2018, the company established a branch called American mining services(AMS) in the USA
